Name meaning: Dace- (leuciscus leuciscus) fur color. Kit- rank

Family:

Parents- Bluestream and Otterstar

Siblings- Chubkit and Carpkit

Personality: Energetic, obnoxious, oblivious and resilient cat. Dacekit is extremely active and over-energetic, they won’t stop moving until they are utterly exhausted. They have a lot of communicative problems, while their siblings know how to talk to other cats she usually passes as borderline obnoxious; she is too honest for her own good and, sometimes, cats prefer not to have a small kitten telling them the hurtful truth. Bluestream constantly quarrels with them about this but Dacekit just has their own personality, even if it hurts others a bit.  Like all kits, they dream about becoming leader one day. They would like Sandclaw as their mentor.

Story:

Kit- They were born to Otterstar and Bluestream alongside Chubkit and Carpkit. They don’t remember anything about the day Flamingokit arrived at the clan since they were too young to do so. They are too active for their poor mother to bear; Bluestream always says that they were kicking her even before being born and that she stole all of Chubkit’s kit energy in the belly. She loves wandering around camp and sneaking outside the nursery causing distress to her caretakers; Carpkit loves going with them. Dacekit looks up to Sandclaw and Olivefang and would love to have any of them as their mentor. They don’t seem to understand that their words can hurt others, Flamingokit being the one that gets hurt the most; Dacekit is always reminding their sibling that Blackthroat won’t choose them as their apprentice. Otterstar loves playing fox-catcher with them and they love talking their father’s ears off. Dacekit loves pestering Chubkit when they fall asleep and they also love play fighting with Carpkit. They love Flamingokit, even if they hurt the little siamese kit without meaning it.
